While a number of local chefs never left us for the winter, we are proud to officially relaunch our Chef Collective in conjunction with our Wednesday Market!
TFM Chef Collective exists to connect local chefs with local farmers, inspire seasonal cooking, and support the local food economy.
If you are a chef, baker, or food producer and would like to join the collective just check in at our management booth at any market! We offer exclusive member benefits, including a market liaison to help connect you to all the local goodies you are searching for!
