Prospective Vendors FAQs

  • All vendors must become members of the Tulsa Farmers’ Market before participating at a market. To become a member you must apply and be approved by our Applications Committee.

  • There is a one-time $25 non-refundable application fee, $100 annual membership fee, and booth fees range from $30-$40 per Saturday. For specific booth pricing please see our Official Rules & Regulations.

  • TFM accepts applications year round, however, for best consideration for the main market season vendors should submit their application by January 31st. Applications for the upcoming season are posted no later than December 1st.

  • Most vendors will need to submit a Sales Tax permit except for producers who are exempt from sales tax in the state of OKlahoma.

    • Eggs: Egg license issued by ODAFF

    • Meat: Must be processed and packaged in a state or USDA inspected facility. Also requires a Mobile- Packaged Retail license issued by THD

    • Nursery/bedding plants/plant starts: Nursery License issued by THD

    • Prepared Foods:

      • Food Trucks: Food Prep - Mobile License issued by THD

      • Food carts such as ice cream or hot dog cart: Mobile- Push Cart License issued by THD

      • Packaged processed foods must be processed in a licensed kitchen (such as a restaurant) and requires a Mobile- Packaged Retail license issued by THD

  • Yes as long as all guidelines are followed.

  • No, per TFM Rules & Regulations there is strictly no buying and selling of any products. Products must be your own, however, vendors may source ingredients or materials elsewhere to incorporate into a product they are creating themselves. During vendor selection, those sourcing ingredients or materials locally are given priority.

  • No! You may participate at your convenience, however, we appreciate consistent vendors and they are given the first opportunity for empty booth spaces as they become available.
