Welcome to 2024!

Join us in historic Kendall Whittier, Admiral Blvd & S. Lewis Ave for

Tulsa Farmers' Market

Saturday, January 6th, 8:30 am- Noon

As we greet the New Year, we wanted to take a look back at 2023, TFM’s 26th season in business!

2023 brought a fantastic growing season for our farmers and we experienced a great abundance of fresh food that we haven’t seen in years! We also enjoyed an abundance of community involvement and customer enthusiasm that created the very best market vibes possible! Our hearts are full of gratitude for our amazing vendors, loyal customers, generous business sponsors, Friends of the Market (Donors), dedicated staff, and community partners!

Here’s a snapshot of our year:
~ Held 50 markets
~ Supported 129 unique vendors
~ Hosted 26 nonprofits & community partners
~ $46,374 in SNAP Benefits spent at TFM
~ $31,539 of Double Up Oklahoma funds distributed to SNAP recipients
~ $13,899 redeemed by low inco seniors citizens through the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program

-> Partnered with Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma’s Farm to Table Program to save food from the landfill, support Oklahoma Farmers, and get fresh local food into the hands of those experiencing food insecurity. A whooping 140,516 pounds of food was purchased through the program in 2023!!

-> Celebrated the end of the season with our Harvest Festival in partnership with our friends at Knight Pecan Farms for the second year!! Hayrides, pony rides, games, music, food, and friends made for an incredible evening out at the farm!

-> Launched a brand new website complete with an awesome user friendly vendor directory, market news blog, and gorgeous photos of our beloved market!

-> TFM’s Board of Directors & Staff strengthened our organization by revamping TFM’s Mission, Vision, and Purpose Statements to prepare us for future growth!

- PURPOSE: Nourish healthy connections between local producers and the community

- MISSION: Provide a thriving marketplace for local producers and consumers as Oklahoma’s premier farmers market

Many, many thanks to all who helped make 2023 a memorable year!
